An idea conceived years ago between the well respected and renowned Louise Hedrick and Dollspart to produce a replica of the original HURET body made its debut at the DAG (Doll Artisan Guild) 2015 convention!! It is through the collaboration of Dollspart, the Tonner Doll Co.and the renowned Sheryl Williams that this exquisite body became a reality. Our elegant HURET jointed body not only moves with leg, arm and shoulder articulation but can hold all of these poses. This is the FIRST of its kind ever reproduced for the HURET doll. Reproduced from Sheryl William's original antique Huret, this body in its 12.5" size makes a completed 14.5" doll and is perfect in every way. It has a fitted shoulder plate which is removable for easy attachment of the head. The shoulder plate is held in place with available leather, front and back pieces stamped with a reproduction of the HURET label in the same manner as the original antique doll. The body is lightweight, durable and a pleasure to pose.
