Dinner Dress-Mini Magic Pattern or Kit

From Godey's Lady's Book, this dress is made from two shades of pale silk. The trained underskirt and the sleeves are made of the lighter shade satin. The draped silk duoppioni overdress is cut princess style and draped up on the right side. Narrow white silk ribbon ruching trims cuff, collar and all edges of the overdress. A netted fringe finishes the bottom edge. .
