The model illustrated is of azure b changeable urah figured in light azure blue and trimmed with picot trim. A band of velvet borders the foot of the skirt, the top has slight fullness at the front, and is pleated in deep pleats at the back. The round waist is sewed to the skirt; and is buttoned on the right side, togheter with the slit of the skirt; the pocket is at the lower end of this slit.
