Within the U.S.
Items are shipped via US Postal Service, UPS or Fed Ex.


Your shipping amount is based on your location, and the weight of your package.  The cart will provide you a shipping amount, however, if we find that the actual charges are less, the amount you will be charged when your order is processed will be adjusted to reflect the lesser shipping amount.  We work hard to save you as much as possible in shipping on every order!


For orders over $300, above average weighted or sized packages, charges may be added to your invoice (the charge will NOT appear at Checkout).
The above rates do not apply outside the United States. Canadian shipments are slightly higher. Alaska and Hawaii shipments will be sent via parcel post unless U.P.S. is requested (additional charge).

Foreign Orders:

1. Payment in U.S. funds only. No Canadian currency.
2. Above shipping and handling charges do not apply. Charges will be added to your invoice. Please approximate charges and add to your payment.
3. Advise us if you wish shipments via air or sea. If not specified we ship by sea.

DELIVERY: We will make delivery by U.P.S. except where parcel post is necessary or requested. For personal checks allow an additional 7-15 days for bank clearance.


1. We will not substitute any item without customers approval first. We do our best to satisfy and please our customers. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will happily issue a refund, exchange or credit for those items returned to us within 30 days. The returned merchandise MUST BE in the same condition as received and in a resalable condition. There will be a 20% restocking fee, no exceptions.

2. Books and patterns cannot be returned. No exceptions. Please select carefully. Also, be aware that certain other items such as hat straw, stringing cord and other items that are specifically cut for your purchase or specially ordered for you are not returnable so please read each listing carefully before ordering.  

3.  Every product you buy from this site should be free of defects or you may return it within 30 days from the date of the shipment of your order for replacement or refund. You should notify us immediately so that your guarantee does not become void. Replacement is subject to item availability. If an exact replacement is not available, the replacement will be a comparable item of at least equal value.  

4. To ensure proper credit please enclose a copy of your invoice and itemized return list with your full instructions. This will help us expedite your return.

5. Items which you return for exchange (that are not due to our error) are subject to normal shipping and handling charges.

6. We process returns as quickly as possible. However, please allow 4-6 weeks to receive your refund. All purchases made through a credit card can only be credited to that card.

7.  When you receive your package(s), inspect them for damage. If the package appears to have been mishandled, and your merchandise is damaged, file a claim with the shipper (USPS or UPS) immediately as well as contacting our customer service department. We will help to get the issue resolved quickly.

8.  All prices are subject to change without notice.  All merchandise subject to availability.

9. Not responsible for typographical errors.


Pricing Disclaimer

We are not responsible for incorrect pricing relating to our online gallery. Therefore, prices are not final until your order is accepted by Dollspart Supply Staff. If an error is found you will be contacted with a correct price at which point you may either continue with your order at the new price or cancel your order.
